Iv noticed that when other people take screen shots they have ALL interface OFF...How do I do that? is there like and key combination?

Options => customize layout and de-select everything

that's for the silly way...

for the clever and easy one just hold Shift when do your screenshoot with print screen usual button,...it will take screenshoot but without interface...

Shift+Ctrl+H toggles the interface on/off.

As Water Angel said, holding shift while you take the ss is way easier. It removes the ui just for that picture and there's no turning it all back on crap.
